A fix is a distinct, evidenced change with a URL; related symptoms count as one. General advice doesn't count, and the same change on several pages counts once.

Nothing to pay upfront. We invoice after we deliver the report. If you cancel after we've started, you pay for the work done so far, never more than the audit fee. If a site's report has fewer fixes than we promised, that site is free: we don't invoice it, and you keep the report.
