1. Who we are.
This website is run by Hamza Suleman, trading as Clearly Seen, a sole trader in the UK. Contact: hello@clearlyseen.co.uk.
2. Using the site.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
3. Information only.
The content on this site is general information about search and AI visibility. It is not advice for your business. Do not rely on it without getting advice for your own situation.
4. No promise of results.
Search engines and AI tools decide their own results. We do not control them. Nothing on this site promises any ranking, traffic, enquiries, revenue, or mention or citation in any AI tool (such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Copilot or Perplexity). Our audit's "fixes or no fee" promise is about the number of fixes in our report, not about results.
5. Accuracy.
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date. We do not promise that every page is complete or current.
6. Free checks.
If you ask us for a free check, it is a short review of public information on your website and in public AI and search results. It includes our pre-check, which counts the fixes we can see and tells you which audit promise, if any, we can offer. We send it to you in writing. It is not an audit, it is free, and it does not create a client relationship or any obligation. We may decline a request.
7. Intellectual property.
We, or our licensors, own the content on this site. You may view it, print it, and share links to it for your own business use. You may not copy it in bulk, resell it, or use it to train AI models without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use.
Do not misuse the site: no hacking, no introducing malware, no scraping at a rate that harms the site, no attempts to get around security.
9. Links.
Links to other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
10. Liability.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, including loss of profit or business.
11. Privacy and cookies.
See our privacy notice and cookies notice.
12. Changes.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
13. Law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
